For legal and safety reasons, no children under the age of 14 are allowed in the Salon unless being provided services AND accompanied by an adult.

The environment at VOGUE HAIR STUDIO is one of tranquility and relaxation for everyone to enjoy to the fullest.

Please remember to schedule the appropriate amount of time for your hair care needs. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment.

Please give us the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid a $45.00 cancellation fee, because our time is as valuable as yours!

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal items. We strongly recommend that you limit bringing any valuables and personal articles. For the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the robes, apron or smocks provided for your convenience.

Please note that prices may vary due to difference in hair length and time required by stylist. We encourage you to schedule a consultation which will include exact pricing for your services. Some of our Hair Care services do not always include haircut or blow-dry, please double check with your associate to avoid confusion.

Prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before our website does. Please confirm prices with our salon associates while booking your appointment.

From time to time, we offer a variety of “specials” to enhance your experience with Vogue Hair Studio and to let you experiment with new treatments at a reduced cost. We regret that these offers, coupons, specials or other discounts may not be combined. At ANY time these “specials” may or may not be honored by one of our independent Contractors.

We would love to book your next pampering session - let us plan your next Corporate Get-Together, Birthday Celebration, Wedding Day Celebration or Just Because event. Group discounts available.

Certain items, such as hair extensions, are custom ordered and may require several weeks to arrive and are ordered on a non-refundable, prepaid basis only. Special services such as Hair Extensions and Thermal Straightening requires a 50% non-refundable deposit. Any special services requires appointments and a 15 - day notice if you wish to cancel.

Wedding Party prices do not include an "On Location" fee of $100/hr per stylist. We recommend scheduling for your wedding party 6 months in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract is required on all Bridal parties. Champagne, mimosa's and light Hors D'oeuvres can be provided at a minimum charge.

Gift Certificates May only be used for salon services at Vogue Hair Studio, Cape Coral, FL. It can not be redeemed for cash or used as gratuity. Certificate must be presented at time of purchase. Neither Gift Certificates nor its value can be replaced if the certificate is lost or stolen, destroyed or altered or used without permission.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your services, please notify the salon within 3 days of service date.

For your convenience we accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, and Traveler's Checks. Personal checks are accepted with proper identification.

Our listed rates do not include gratuity. A cash gratuity of 18-20% of each service price is appropriate and very much appreciated.
